Feed the mimic. It always gives the dice back. Eventually.

A grinning mimic lid looms over the tower, three eyes open across its lumpy hide, teeth bared around a long lolling tongue. Drop a die into the maw and it rolls down and out among coin piles and skull-marked treasure, inside a ring of R.I.P. headstones that belonged to the last adventurers who reached for the gold.

A Graveyard of Details: Most of the surface is rough, pitted hide that rewards a heavy wash and a pale drybrush, then the tongue is smooth enough for a glossy wet finish. The headstones, coin stacks and skull tokens around the base give you small flat areas for a contrasting metal or bone color, and the RIP lettering is deep enough to pick out with a wash alone.
