From the maker

He was pouring ale an hour ago. He is clutching his chest now, and his left arm is not his anymore.

This is the moment the party walks in on. A broad shouldered villager in a work vest and rope belt, roaring through a muzzle that is still half human, one hand pressed to his heart while the other arm has already gone thick and clawed. He is not attacking yet. He might still be asking for help. That is the problem.

Two Arms, Two Stories: The asymmetry is the whole point of this sculpt. One arm is a normal, if muscular, man’s arm; the other bulges with wolf anatomy and long claws. Paint the skin on both arms the same base tone, then push the swollen arm toward a bruised, darker shade to sell the transformation in progress.
