Prohibited Items Policy

This Prohibited Items Policy is part of our Terms of Service and lists content Plukio will not index or keep indexed. Plukio is a search and discovery service — shops sell on their own websites, not on Plukio — so "prohibited" here means we remove the listing or the whole shop from our index. The examples below are not exhaustive — Plukio may delist any content and suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

What Plukio indexes

Plukio indexes independent online shops so shoppers can discover them in one place. We aim to index shops whose listings are lawful and accurately presented; the categories below are removed from the index when we find them or when they are reported.

Items we will not index

• Illegal items, or items that violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Counterfeit or replica goods, and items that infringe another's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, and related accessories.
• Hazardous, recalled, or unsafe items, including any item subject to a safety recall.
• Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia.
• Live animals, and products from endangered or protected species (such as ivory).
• Human remains or body parts.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material. Child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
• Items that promote, glorify, or incite hatred, violence, or discrimination, or that harass others.
• Currency, financial instruments, gift cards, securities, and similar items.
• Personal data, or items that facilitate illegal or harmful activity.
• Medical devices or items making unverified health or medical claims.

Prohibited conduct

Do not file false reports, claim a shop you are not authorized to represent, spam or harass anyone, misuse shop messaging, or interfere with the Service.

Reporting and enforcement

You can report a shop or listing from its page, or email [email protected]. We review reports and may delist content or shops, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts. We cooperate with law enforcement where required. Shop owners can remove their own shop from the index at any time — see plukio.com/bot.
