Kids see everything. Nobody ever thinks to ask them.

A scruffy youngster in rolled trousers and a patched apron, gripping a broom that is nearly as tall as they are. A bowl lies upturned on the floorboards nearby, and the look on that face says it was absolutely not their fault. They sweep the inn every night after closing, which means they are the only one in the village awake when the howling starts.

A Small Figure With Big Story: Child NPCs are rare in tabletop ranges and this one is properly in scale with the adults, so the family reads correctly when placed together. The dropped bowl on the floorboard base is a nice little storytelling detail, and the broom bristles take a drybrush beautifully.
