This little dachshund actually came about because of a gifting collaboration with a creator in Ireland. She has a dachshund of her own and was hoping for a little dog charm.

I've had quite a few people asking for more dogs, too. The truth is, I've been a bit too obsessed with making cats lately. I do have more dogs in mind, though!

I went with black and white polka dots for this one, and I really love how it turned out. It's playful without being overly cute, and somehow looks good with almost any bag. If you love polka dots, I think you'll understand.

Each dachshund will be a little different. The fabric used for the ears varies, and the body fabric may also change from time to time.

The polka dots are currently hand-painted, but I may switch to printed or traditionally dyed cotton fabric in future batches.
