A one of a kind, vintage, Japanese kimono silk, trench coat. An amazing design of a dense garden with peonies, chrysanthemums, iris and cherry blossoms and a variety of birds scattered through out. All rendered in a deep blue background with pinks, peach, lavender and greens. There are angled pockets on the front. It can be worn with or without its matching belt. Fully lined with silk charmeuse. 4 glass buttons line the front. Garment measures 43 inches bust, 46 inches hips, length at center back 31 inches. Size small. [Approximate industry size 12.]

All pieces are hand made one at a time in my Portland, Oregon studio. Fabrics are vintage Japanese silks. The very special fabric used in this trench coat was woven, and painted by Japanese artisans and finally sewn into a kimono. I removed the hand stitching, washed and prepared the fabric and sewed it into my trench coat design.

Each piece I make is unique, most are one of a kind. I ship USPS priority at the beginning of the week.
