Metiche is a Guadalajara based Chocolate shop dedicated to making chocolate from scratch using exclusively Mexican-grown cacao from Soconusco, Chiapas. Each step—from roasting to molding—is done by hand, preserving the full complexity of the cacao’s natural flavor.
