Metiche’s chocolatiers handcraft each bar in Guadalajara using cacao from Soconusco, Chiapas, one of Mexico’s oldest and most prized cacao-growing regions. The cacao is lightly sweetened to preserve its richness, then blended with Mexican coffee and cardamom for a comforting, energizing flavor.
