The MP26006 TROUSERS, COTTON, KHAKI, 1941 are an updated version of our MP23102 model, having been made 5cm longer in the inseam.

The TROUSERS, COTTON, KHAKI, 1941 were part of the M-1941 uniform, which was the standard field uniform for the U.S. Army during the early years of World War II. A classic garment worn by almost every branch of the military, these are some of the most iconic trousers of the mid 20th century and saw significant use in warm weather regions such as Hawaii and The Philippines. Highly sought after for their flattering high-rise and wide leg, they fit into almost any wardrobe and can be worn on many occasions.

The M-41 is meticulously recreated, serving as a hallmark of both American military fashion and the distinctive style of the Ivy League. During a period of economic decline, these classic chinos were ingeniously repurposed from army surplus inventories and became the preferred attire for university students across America.

The original Army Chino trousers were introduced in 1937 and included three pockets in the front of the garment and two hip pockets on the back. They also featured a button-fasten fly. This product is a reproduction of the 1941 contract model with the PQD spec. 19A, featuring metal buttons and reinforced Jetted pockets, achieved through an extremely time consuming and skill-intensive process.
