This spoon rest was thrown and trimmed on my pottery wheel using a white stoneware clay. It was bisque fired and glazed with a copper metallic glaze. It was then high fired in my electric kiln. This spoon rest is great for the serious cook, it will comfortably hold a large ladle or stirring spoon and keep the mess off of your counter and work space. Approximate size: 6-7" wide and 1" high Food Safe.
