Diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, rubies - easy enough to find in any shop in any city. But what if you wanted a lovely sea-foam green, subtle and soft?

Eileen knew exactly what she wanted, that was the easy part - finding it was a whole different story. We wanted to make sure Eileen found the perfect stone, absolutely no compromising and no settling. We found tourmalines; too green, not green enough, and then we hit the jackpot: green beryl.

A hardy, durable stone from the same family as emeralds and aquamarines, green beryl allowed us a wide berth when designing a setting. Together we designed a ring based on the idea of a flowing tension setting, complete with a supporting undercarriage that securely holds the stone and setting in place.
