This spoon rest was thrown and trimmed on my pottery wheel using a brown speckled stoneware clay. It was bisque fired and glazed with a beautiful brown speckled glaze on the inside, the outside was left natural to show the beauty of the raw speckled clay. It was then high fired in my electric kiln. This spoon rest is a great size to sit next to your coffee station..
