From the maker
Almost all of her is cloak. The part that is not is looking directly at you.
Aelinwe does not gesture, does not declaim, and has never once needed a staff to make a point. She keeps her hands together at her chest the way other people keep them behind their back — not out of reverence, but because it is nobody’s business what they are doing. The face is the only warning she gives.
A Sculpt That Is Mostly One Shape: Arbiter Miniatures wrapped this figure in a single enormous curling cloak that arcs right over her head, producing the most enclosed and unusual silhouette in the range. It is a gift to anyone who enjoys painting fabric — one huge sweeping surface with deep folds and a hard-edged curl — and the small exposed face becomes the natural focal point without competing with anything.
