Nubuck is a top-grain leather that’s been lightly sanded on the outer surface, giving it a soft, velvety nap. It has a refined, matte appearance and a smooth, tactile feel, while still retaining the strength and durability of full-grain hides. Nubuck develops character over time, showing subtle marks and a rich patina, but is also more sensitive to moisture and oils, making it best suited for those who appreciate a lived-in, evolving finish.
