FAQs

What’s a dot grid/bullet page? It’s a page covered in tiny, light grey dots. They give you just enough structure for lists, tables and neat handwriting, without the bossiness of lines.

Can I stick in scan photos? Yes, but as the book has a standard binding rather than the expandable one on our albums, keep photo pages to a handful, or it’ll start to splay.

What pens work best? The paper is smooth and nicely thick, so it takes fountain pens, rollerballs, biros and pencils happily.

Can I choose a different word? Not on this design. The Bump journal is part of our ready-made range, so it’s made and dispatched quickly. Do browse all our notebooks if you’d like a different cover.

When will it arrive? We make and dispatch within 1–2 working days, with tracking. US orders usually arrive in 5–7 working days.

Can I return it? Yes. If it’s still in pristine condition, return it at your own cost and we’ll refund you.
