Hasegawa FPEL Black Cutting Board

The FPEL series combines a black polyethylene cutting surface with a rigid wood core. Choose it for clear ingredient contrast and easier handling than a comparable solid-plastic board.

Wood-core construction: Hasegawa reports 30–50% less weight than solid-plastic boards. The core resists bending and warping.

Dishwasher safe: Rated to 90°C / 194°F. Keep it clear of exposed heating elements.

Black surface: Knife marks and abrasions can be visible with use.

Cleaning and care

Wash after use and follow Hasegawa’s FPEL care guidance. Do not use the Hasegawa cutting board scraper on this black board: the manufacturer does not recommend it because abrasions can be conspicuous.
