This rustic mug was hand thrown on my pottery wheel using a white stoneware clay. I carved each groove on the outer surface and It was bisque fired and glazed with a deep red glaze that allows the carved details to be highlighted. It was then high fired in my electric kiln.

This mug has such a wonderful feel in your hands, the glaze is one of my very favorites! I would keep it for myself if my cupboard wasn't already overflowing with mugs!

Approximate size: 3.25" across the top rim and 3.5" high, holds 11 oz. of liquid.

Dishwasher and Microwave Safe.
