A suncatcher inspired by The Shire, the land of the Hobbits in Middle Earth in The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. The suncatcher is handmade from stained glass which I have handpainted to resemble colorful hobbit doors and fired to an enamel finish. In between the doors are sprigs of glass leaves in autumn hues

Halfling Village: center door is bright green glass, smaller doors are bright blue and a mauve purple.
