“It’s aesthetically cool, well-crafted, and has a nice weight. Everyone in this business loves owning high-quality, beautifully made tools. A bench scraper is a pretty basic everyday item in a kitchen, but this one looks and feels so nice, like a little luxury. It’s well done, it’s well crafted, and it looks amazing.”

– Gabriel Rucker, Exec Chef of Le Pigeon and Canard

“I really appreciate the geometry of the serrations on the STEELPORT bread knife. It’s gentle enough for brioche and other delicate loaves, but also sturdy and heavy enough to go through crusty hearth loaves without crushing. I’ve always had a hard time getting serrated bread knives sharpened and knowing that STEELPORT can resharpen this knife is a relief.”

– Dillon DeBauche – Owner and Head Baker of Little T Bakery
