Not just any pomegranate sorbet, but the kind which gives you a massive headache of pure delight until it settles into making your tongue beg for mercy because of it’s tartness and just when you think you have suffered enough torture you realize that wasn’t torture, it was ecstasy. Pomegranate and ice blasted with the coldest mint and thickest of tutti fruit sweets. Surprisingly astringent but oh so lovely. Very grown up, the kids won’t like this icy treat but you will.
