Moritaka Knives Bunka

Not to be confused with the Moritaka Special Bunka, this knife is quite unique and fits somewhere between a bunka and Moritaka's kiritsuke design. The knife is highly versatile and a good length to be nimble in your hands.

Many people talk about Moritaka Knives "needing to be thinned". This can certainly unlock stellar performance on Moritaka's models 240mm and longer; however, knives 210mm and below come with a nice profile and, when properly sharpened, are quite remarkable.
