One side features premium end-grain American walnut that is naturally beautiful, self-healing, and gentle on knife edges. Flip it over to reveal a nonporous recycled paper composite surface with a built-in juice groove. This side is ideal for prepping proteins, juicy produce, and aromatic ingredients without mess.

At just 0.75 inches thick, the SteelCore™ construction allows this board to be thinner than traditional end-grain boards, which have to be 1.5”-2.0”, while remaining remarkably durable. Embedded steel reinforcement helps resist warping and splitting over time, even with daily use.
