Handcrafted and Painted Black and White Storytelling Xalitla Tortilla Basket Made in Guerrero, Mexico

These clay tortilleros from Xalitla, Guerrero, are true works of art. Each piece is hand-painted in elegant black and white designs, using the storytelling narrative style for which Xalitla artisans are famous. The intricate scenes capture daily life, natural elements, and folklore, making every tortillero unique. Use it to keep tortillas warm or as a stunning serving piece that adds a touch of heritage to your table. An exceptional gift for anyone who appreciates Mexican craftsmanship and tradition.

The overall color and style of the tortillero will remain as in the picture, but the hand-painted stories will change as not one of these tortilleros is alike.
