The Parker Asahi Rubber Matte Black Pro Cutting Board series provides a knife-friendly surface for home and commercial kitchens. Made in Japan from food-safe synthetic rubber, the board cushions contact with the cutting edge and offers a controlled surface for daily preparation.

Common Questions

Which size is best for me?

If you are cooking standard weeknight dinners, the Medium is usually perfect. If you like extra space or frequently cook for a crowd, upgrade to the Large. For professional restaurant settings or massive prep jobs, the Extra Large Commercial is the required tool.

Can I clean this board in the dishwasher?

It is not recommended. High temperatures in dishwashers can soften or warp the synthetic rubber. Instead, wash it with a neutral detergent and let it air dry completely after use. (Note: The smaller 8mm Square board is especially prone to warping under high heat, so hand-washing is absolutely essential).

Will the black surface show scratches?

While all cutting boards will eventually show cut marks, the synthetic rubber is highly resilient. The matte black finish is specifically designed to mask food stains much better than traditional tan or white boards.
