Dandelions are the first plant I remember learning. My grandmother showed me how to harvest the early spring leaves in our yard which we sauteed with potatoes for dinner (its bitter taste has thankfully grown on me as I age). I remember crying in fall that the “dandle-lions” had turned to fluff, but she showed me to blow and “make a wish.”

Is there anything stronger than how we dream as children? Whether it be the small hopes carried by dandelion fluff on the wind or a late night wish upon a night sky under a full moon. This tee is a wistful deep plum colored ode to those earliest days.
