They include squeakers inside and a black ribbon loop above the head for you to attach it to your favorite key chain fixture. This item does not include a key chain fixture.

Please note that these are PRE-ORDERS, my plushies are made to order. I begin making them after orders are open to avoid overstock. I make what is needed! That being said, PLEASE allow 4-5 weeks processing time.
