18th Century Cookery DVD Series 1

Our cooking video series has been a huge hit. Many friends have asked us to make the entire 13 episode collection available on DVD. Topics included: rations of the typical enlisted soldier, cooking pumpkins in a soldierly fashion, mushroom ketchup, a soldiers privations, how to make authentic salt pork, "A Pound of Meat", building an earthen oven, baking bread in an earthen oven, gingerbread cookies, cooking with saltfish, faux passenger pigeon pie, baking wiggs and baking beans. We have also stirred in three bonus videos: Firemaking, Throwing Tomahawks and 18th Century Neckwear.
