It was only narrowly that we didn’t make it, that we didn’t fulfil that dream or that we didn’t visit that place. It was only by a hair’s breadth that we weren’t happy. How many times have we anticipated the worst case scenario, allowed ourselves to become complacent or been held back by the fear of never achieving the desired result?

Despite all the assumptions that prevent us from embracing our days with greater intensity, we welcome 2023 with a message of optimism, trying to spark in our readers the same sense of enthusiasm and hope that these projects have generated in us. Fortunately, there are plenty of examples of this contagious energy: in Mallorca, designer Adriana Meunié uses materials such as wool, broom or raffia to create natural sculptures capable of transforming any space into a cosy art gallery.
