Created specially for this collection by Old Growth Alchemy, this delicious tea blend contains a variety of nods to Sir Gawain and the Green Knight: from the golden brew glitter, to the choice of green tea (of course!) and green herbs (nettle and lemon thyme), and the hint of red provided by dried raspberries. Elderberry adds a hint of sweetness -- a nod, I like to think, of the Green Knight's underlying kindness and mirth, even as he barrels into Arthur's court mid-feasting.
