ESTATE LIQUIDATION — PRESTIGIOUS ADDRESS.

The Fogmere family, regrettably, will not be returning to the property. The mansion is being released to market in its current condition at a price that reflects the considerable investment required to restore it to its former glory. The address still carries weight. The land is still prime. What happened inside is, the Trade Council wishes to emphasize, not the new owner’s responsibility — provided the new owner does not ask too many questions about why the previous one departed in such haste.

RESTORATION OPPORTUNITY OF A LIFETIME: This dramatic ruin captures the mansion in spectacular collapse — partially toppled gables, exposed structural beams, the kind of grand-scale damage that turns a tabletop centerpiece into a story all by itself. Versatile for haunted-manor arcs, post-cataclysm campaigns, the BBEG’s ruined seat, or the place your party very much should not have agreed to investigate.

PROPERTY FEATURES:

Listing Agent: Antigone Miniatures

Property Scale: True 32mm — sized appropriately for D&D, Pathfinder, and skirmish-system residents.

Property Preparation: Each piece is supports-removed and ready to prime.

INVESTMENT POTENTIAL: Ruined estate-class terrain is the gift that keeps on giving — it dominates the table, writes its own backstory, and earns an entire arc just by existing. Excellent for Dungeons & Dragons gothic-horror campaigns, Pathfinder haunted-house arcs, Frostgrave’s frozen ruins, Warhammer Age of Sigmar’s death realms, or any narrative skirmish that needs the scene of a catastrophe.
