Add the Combine option to an order if you would like that order to be combined with an existing order you've placed that hasn't shipped yet. Include the order number of the existing order so we know which order to combine with. We'll send a refund for the difference in shipping cost.

Add the Hold Ship option to an order if you would like us to hold on shipping the order until a specific time. Include the details of when you would like the order the shipped in the order notes. If this option is added to your order without a note we will reach out to the email associated with the order before shipping it. Please contact us when you're ready to receive your order.
