Located on the Northern border of Oregon this area of the Pacific Northwest is known for the river, the sea, the forest, and its spirit of adventure. Founded in 1811, Astoria was the first permanent settlement on the West Coast. Oh, and let’s not forget the 1985 film “The Goonies” was filmed there! We got our inspiration for this scent from watching one of our childhood favorite movies, The Goonies. We recently watched the movie with our eleven-year-old son, and couldn’t help but feel the nostalgia of a kid growing up in the 80s. There is a scene in the movie when the boys are going out in search of the pirate treasure. The air is misty and foggy; you see the waves crashing by the cliffs. The boys are surrounded by evergreen trees. The anticipation of adventure awaits them!

Our Astoria fragrance is a complex aquatic-woodsy scent with an evergreen crispness that will give you the feeling of being in a forest of Douglas Fir on the Oregon coast where a cool, brisk breeze blows across the water. This scent is sure to be popular in the cooler months as well as a heavy-hitter for summer use. The fragrance is created in-house by Zachary and has just a kiss of menthol for added refreshment.
