Behold the watcher in the corner. The Town Beggar is the NPC who sees everything and almost everyone ignores — until your party realizes that the person they’ve been stepping past for three sessions has been quietly cataloguing every face, every transaction, every whisper exchanged on this street. The most undervalued informant in any campaign town.

A Miniature Worthy of the Hamlet: This resin sculpt from Antigone Miniatures captures the beggar in worn, expressive detail — ragged robes, hunched posture, a face that’s seen too much. The kind of figure that does enormous storytelling work from the side of a street corner. Rewards a careful paint approach: weathered cloth, dirt-streaked skin, and eyes that catch light surprisingly well.
