This color is brighter in person, it's more true blue than the "cobalt" shown in the swatches.

These neons don't need white undies & they stamp. You can add a few drops of thinner if you don't like the consistency of it. Do not add acetone.

Item comes in a glass 15mL bottle with a stainless steel mixing bead. Vegan, cruelty free and 10-free. Our nail polish are formulated without: Formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, camphor, formaldehyde resin, xylene, ethyl tosylamide, parabens, phthalates, fragrances. All polishes are hand blended in large batches and slight differences may occur from batch to batch.
