Handmade here in Indiana by Master Cooper, Peter Cooper, who has spent decades diligently researching and resurrecting the lost art of the cooper’s trade. Each stave on this Butter Churn is hand hewn to form a perfect fit. There’s no need to line these vessels with pitch or wax. One-Gallon capacity. Measures 24” tall overall (the churn bucket measures 13” tall) x 8 3/4” in diameter. The wooden dasher measures 23” long.
