A complete kit for smudging: smoldering herbs to purify the energy of your body and home. Simply pour a layer of sand into the abalone shell to protect it from heat and embers. Then light the tip of the sage bundle, let it burn for a few seconds, and blow it out to allow the smoke to rise. Holding the shell beneath the smoldering sage, walk the smoke around your home, office, or any space that needs an energetic re-set. When you feel ready, extinguish the hot end of the sage into the sand and save the rest for future use.
