I wanted to capture the strawberry in all stages of its life, from blossom to the growing ripening bud and then the rich ripe red fruit. I have hand painted the white blossom as well as the strawberries in fired enameled paint. This suncatcher also has 3 green leaves that have been hand detailed to resemble "toothed" strawberry leaves.

Handmade from red, green, pale pink and clear stained glass. I have two variations available in the Summer in the Shire collection, seen in the last photo. They are sold individually.
