FAQs:

Do you offer physical gift cards? We do! Please call us to purchase at 802.457.7481, or email [email protected]. We are happy to ship you a gift card via USPS.

When will my e-gift card arrive?  After you place your order, the gift card will arrive in your email inbox within 12 hours - usually within the hour! *Please Note: The gift card will be sent to the purchaser's email, not directly to the recipient.*

How can I redeem my gift card?  Gift cards can be used just like a normal payment method. Choose your pieces, head to checkout and select "gift card". Enter your gift card number and a credit should appear for the amount of your card. Add another payment method to pay for the balance. Gift cards can also be redeemed in any of our stores.

Can I check my gift card balance? Absolutely! Just call or e-mail us at [email protected] or 802.457.7486
