We're really excited about this new product! Wears like a modern backpack. This Knapsack is based on an existing Revolutionary war example. We sent one of our seamstresses on a research quest to narrow down which Knapsack we should recreate, and this is what she settled on. The original was made of a single layer of linen but we have lined ours with canvas for durability. Simple one pocket design and made from a heavy white linen.  Approximately 19" tall by 17" wide. If standard sizing doesn't typically work for your shoulder strap length, make sure to select "Longer Shoulder Straps" in the drop down box.
