From the maker

One guardian, three moments. Deploy them in order and the encounter animates itself.

This is a set worth having as a set. All three wear the same carved harness, teardrop scale plates across the chest and a stiff armoured skirt over segmented legs, with the same blank hooded face looking straight ahead. What changes is the weight. The first stands dead upright with its arms at its sides, still furniture as far as the party is concerned. The second is mid stride with one leg lifted clear of the ground and both fists raised. The third has thrown itself forward into a punch, shoulders down, one arm hauled back behind the body. Ranked on the table they read as a sequence rather than three copies, which is exactly what three of the same construct should look like.

A Sculpt That Wants Stone, Not Metal: The scale plates are carved rather than riveted, so the surface takes granite stippling and a heavy grey wash far better than it takes a metallic. The recessed joints between the segments are the natural place to run a warmer tone if you want the three to look quarried from the same block, and the cobbled bases already match the flagstone texture on the armour.

Technical Specifications & Product State:

Sculpted by: Medusa Miniatures

Status: Sold UNPAINTED in our standard dark grey resin.

Assembly: Three separate single-piece miniatures, no assembly required.

Material: High-quality, durable resin.

Scale: True 28mm, sized for D&D, Pathfinder, and skirmish-system play.

Base: Integral cobbled scenic bases, 30mm round.

Preparation: Thoroughly washed, post-cured, all supports removed.

Suggested RPG Use: Line all three along a corridor and only animate them one at a time as the party advances, using the standing sculpt for the ones that have not woken yet. They also work as a vault garrison, a golem forge’s production run, or a wargaming unit of three identical constructs that still holds a real silhouette on the table.
