From the maker
No hood. He does not need you to wonder who did it.
Corvin Ash is the same trade as our hooded rogue and the exact opposite approach to it. The head is shaved, the brow is heavy, and the face is fully sculpted and looking straight down the line at whoever is in front of the model. Same two curved daggers, same reversed grip, none of the concealment.
A Face You Can Actually Paint: Losing the hood turns this from a silhouette model into a portrait one. The brow, cheekbones and set jaw are cut deep enough to survive at 28mm, which is rare, because most rogues in this scale hide the head precisely to avoid the problem. If you have been avoiding facial work, this is a low-risk model to practise on, because the rest of the sculpt is flat quilted panels that forgive everything. The exposed scalp also gives you an unbroken surface for a tattoo or a brand.
