From the maker
Raw untoasted bread in the 18th century was considered a serious health hazard, known to cause knots in the stomach. This toaster will help make your fresh bread safe for consumption. 18" long handle helps keep your hands out of the fire. The base with the curved toast holders swivels so you can toast your bread evenly. Made in USA.
Don't trust your raw bread on anything else!
