A spicy opening that's cinnamic from the cassia and anisic from the fennel seed. Then comes a two-part floral heart - at first spiced and heady from the carnation, jasmine, and ylang, but later mellowing into something more powdery from the violet accord. Finally, it fades into a warm, resinous, balsamic base.
