From the maker

He raises the staff. Whatever is under the floor has already heard him.

Malgrave the Pale was a competent physician for eleven years, which is longer than most people manage, and he still speaks about his work in exactly that register — measured, procedural, faintly bored. He does not consider what he does to be an atrocity. He considers it continuity of care.

A Sculpt That Builds Upward: Arbiter Miniatures stacked this one vertically — robes at the bottom, skull crown at the head, staff finial above that — so he reads as tall on the table without being oversized. The fanned skulls are individually distinct enough to pick out with a bone triad, and the vestment folds are broad enough to glaze without fighting the detail. This is the plain-based version of the sculpt; a bone-strewn variant is also in this range.
