Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How many letters can we embroider on the bag?

Maximum number of letters = 3 characters (a space counts as one character)

*Please contact us before purchasing if the name is longer than 3 characters.

2. What colour thread works best for the bag?

If you would like a subtle effect, choose a colour close to the canvas bag material, such as Light Pink, Lilac or Silver. If you'd like the name to be obvious, we suggest you pick a strong contrasting colour.

3. Can i personalise on other parts of the bag?

Please contact us if you'd like the bag personalised on another part.

4. How long will personalisation take?

Personalisation takes up to 5 working days although this may increase during peak periods. If you need it urgently, please check with us before putting through your order.

5. If I don't want my bag monogrammed, what should I do?

Key in a dash (-) symbol under the "Personalised Name" box.

6. Will your bag look like the other sample bag posted on social media accounts?

The outcome of any embroidery work is subjective to the nature of the surface to be embroidered on and the combination of letters (or hyphen or space) that make that name. This may result in slight variations in length and thickness of the overall embroidery.
