This piece was mined and polished rather recently from the fee mines near the Town of Tonopah Nevada. It has the characteristic blue gem appearance with beige to brown matrix.

This turquoise is high grade, no dyes, naturally very hard stone (Not chalky.)

Polished front and back. Matrix is on the flatter "backside" which the front is domed, and has very little veining.
