This table saw sled takes the guesswork (and math) out of making wooden stars. Handmade with ½-inch birch plywood, two 5 ¾-inch carbon steel hold-down clamps, solid oak miter slot rails, and a recessed handle for easy use.
Wooden stars are super popular home and office decor. When made with weathered woods, these stars are great rustic farmhouse-style accent pieces. I’ve made them with reclaimed wood of all kinds: pallet wood, reclaimed barn wood, even wood from antique pianos. This table saw jig makes cutting these stars fast and easy work.
With this jig, you can turn your wood scraps into beautiful celestial shapes. The jig also comes with easy-to-follow plans and printable templates that will teach you how to make these wooden stars from start to finish.
