The full-scale (1:12) "Hampstead" is our representation of a modern coastal beach house. This large build features 6 rooms on a raised platform with a massive wrap-around front porch and beautiful stairs. The exterior is clad in board-and-batten with transomed wooden windows and cross-hatch trim details.

The interior has over-sized rooms with an open concept feel. The living room, dining area and adjoining hallway with stairs leave a lot of interior design flexibility. The interior staircase is a beautifully crafted furniture piece of it's own with built-in bench seating and a gorgeous bookcase. The upper level has a massive primary bedroom space with a large bathroom ensuite with the third room an office, walk-in closet, or whatever your imagination makes it!

Please note that some finishes shown are for demonstration purposes. This kit includes: main house structure, exterior siding, board and batten, exterior trims, all porch railings, components for the "metal" look roof, all doors and windows, interior and exterior door and window casings and staircase assembly with bookcase and bench built-ins, decorative shiplap and x railings.
