Details & Tips:

The file includes the heart template, fully editable and ready to engrave directly on leather.

Paint as you like with acrylics or paint pens (like Posca)

You can use a simple liquid neutral shoe polish to carefully seal after fully dried.

The finishing options are quite a few and totally a matter of your own personal taste - not skill level.

You can punch a hole (3-4mm is fine) on the top and either attach a split ring for a simple, super easy finished project

OR

You can punch a hole and use a cord to make a nice loop and tie at your desired length

OR

You can cut a thin strip of leather, suede or any thick fabric (the sample has a 1 cm wide strip), to make a similar design as in the pictures.

The red wraps are decorative, you can play with colors, threads and cords, try a little bowtie, or skip entirely.

The size is also a matter of personal taste (and your laser engraver's range), I made it at 8 cm, as it's not too small and not too big and easy to paint the flowers.
