Herbal smoking blends are nothing new!  They have been around for centuries, and are ceremonial to many different cultures.

I got started with herbal smoking blends in my first weeks of learning about Herbalism.  I have asthma and quickly discovered Mullein.  I use it in tea and tincture form, but sometimes smoking works best.  I crafted 2 smoking blends that I use regularly and have added them to the website in hopes they will help you too.

Mullein is known as "nature's mucinex".  It helps to break up congestion and thin out mucus.
